The standard installation fee is $199, due at time of installation.
A standard installation includes the mounting of the external radio, running the wire indoors through one small opening, and hooking up the Power Over Ethernet (POE). The installer will run a test to ensure the radio is working at the desired location.
No. All equipment is property of Broadband VI. The installation fee is payment only for the set-up process.
Broadband VI offers a subscription service. Payment is due no later than the 20th day of the month of service. (For a complete explanation of payment and fees, refer to the “Terms of Service”.)

You do not have to pay another installation fee; all accounts in good standing will incur a $100 move fee. Please let the office know of the move as far in advance as possible so an installer can be assigned to set up the service.

Yes Broadband VI accounts may be placed on a hold for a maximum period of three months. All customers in the initial 2 years of their contract will be subject to a contract extension for each month their account is on hold. All account on hold will automatically be turned back on and billed after three months. Please note there is a $30 hold fee and all accounts must be at a zero balance prior to hold. Customers must submit a hold request in writing at http://broadband.vi/contact-us
